Why storage isn’t what we charge for
A family album only works if everyone keeps adding to it. A storage limit turns that into a chore: deleting, sorting, deciding what matters. So Lumo makes money when you choose to make things, with magic and Lumo Pass, and never by limiting what you keep.

Is it really unlimited?
Yes, for everyday family use. There is no cap on the number of photos and videos your family adds, and no storage bar. Lumo isn’t general file storage or a business archive, and accounts that abuse it may be limited under our fair use terms.
Are videos included?
Yes. Videos up to a minute long are free. Lumo Pass adds full-length videos.
Can I download my originals?
Lumo Pass lets you save every original, exactly as it was shot.
Is Lumo really free?
Yes. The album, unlimited photos and videos, inviting family, hearts and comments are all free. Lumo Pass is optional, for unlimited magic, full-length videos and saving originals. Unlimited means unlimited for everyday family use, under fair use.
Who can see our photos?
Only the people in your family album. Nothing is public, there are no followers, and photos are never shown to anyone outside your family.
