A gallery for the event, or an album that stays
Guestpix is built around the event itself: a gallery guests reach from the QR code, guestbook messages, a slideshow on the big screen, and a download for the host afterwards, sorted into folders by guest.
Lumo is an album you keep. The event sits next to your own family album in the app, guests who joined keep it too, and nothing has to be downloaded before a deadline. Photos stay in full quality, and Lumo skips photos that are already in the album.
Which one suits your event?
If you want guestbook messages and a live slideshow at the venue, with every file downloaded afterwards in one go, Guestpix is built for that. Lumo has no guestbook or slideshow.
If you want every guest’s photos and videos in one album that never expires, kept with your family’s photos and open to everyone who was there, Lumo does that, free.

Questions
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests can scan the code or open the link and choose “Continue in your browser” to join at app.lumomagic.com, signed in with Apple, Google or email. The free app for iPhone, iPad and Android works too.
How many guests can join?
Each link or QR code works for up to 500 people. Make another if you need more.
How long does Lumo keep the photos?
There’s no limit. The event album never expires. Invite links stop working after 30 days, but that only stops new people joining.
Is it free?
Yes. Event albums are free: unlimited photos and videos for everyone you let in, in the app or in a browser at app.lumomagic.com.
